bajhi Terms and Conditions

Please read these terms carefully before using the bajhi platform — they define the rights and responsibilities of both you and us.

1 General Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between bajhi and its users ("you" or "member"). By accessing the bajhi platform, opening an account, or using any of its services, you agree to fully comply with these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using any bajhi services. These Terms may change at any time and the latest version will always be available on this page.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

bajhi's services are only for individuals aged 21 or older. You must confirm your correct age when opening an account. If it is later found that a member is below the required age, their account will be immediately closed and any deposited funds may be forfeited.

2.2 One Account Policy

Only one bajhi account is permitted per individual, household, IP address, or device. Attempting to open multiple accounts will be considered a violation of the Terms and all associated accounts may be closed.

2.3 Accuracy of Registration Information

You are required to provide complete, truthful and accurate information at the time of registration. Providing false information may result in account cancellation. If any of your details change, please notify our support team promptly.

3 Account Security and Responsibility

You are fully responsible for the security of your bajhi account. Sharing your login details, password or any verification codes with anyone is strictly prohibited.

  • Report any unauthorized access to your account to us immediately.
  • Any transaction made from your account will be considered your own.
  • Transferring or renting your account to anyone else is strictly prohibited.
  • bajhi reserves the right to temporarily suspend an account if suspicious activity is detected.

4 Deposit and Withdrawal Policy

4.1 Deposits

The minimum deposit amount at bajhi is ৳200. We accept payments via bKash, Nagad and Rocket. Deposits are generally processed instantly. bajhi is not responsible for any delays caused by payment processing.

4.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Your account must be fully verified (KYC) before you can submit a withdrawal request.

4.3 Identity Verification (KYC)

For security and fraud prevention, bajhi may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be delayed until this process is complete. It is your responsibility to submit the required documents correctly.

All payment transactions are secured with SSL encryption. Your financial information is not shared with third parties.

5 Bonuses and Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 100% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳5,000. To activate this bonus, you must wager 10 times the bonus amount (wagering requirement 10x). If the wagering requirement is not completed within the specified time from the date the bonus is awarded, the bonus will be cancelled.

5.2 Bonus Terms of Use

  • Bonuses may only be used on games approved by bajhi.
  • Claiming the same offer through multiple accounts is prohibited.
  • bajhi reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus at any time.
  • If bonus terms are violated, the bonus and any associated winnings may be forfeited.
  • Specific terms and conditions for each promotion apply separately.

5.3 VIP Program

bajhi's VIP program has five tiers. A weekly cashback benefit applies at each tier:

  • Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
  • Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
  • Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.9%
  • Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 1.2%
  • Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 1.5%

You can advance to higher VIP tiers by playing regularly. VIP benefits may be changed at any time at bajhi's discretion.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bajhi platform:

  • Operating multiple accounts with the intent to abuse bonuses or offers.
  • Using software, bots, automation tools, or attempting to gain any unfair advantage.
  • Intentionally exploiting any technical error on the platform.
  • Conducting money laundering or any illegal financial activity.
  • Harassing, threatening, or attempting to defraud other members.
  • Operating an account using a false identity or documents.
  • Unauthorized use of bajhi's intellectual property.

In the event of a violation of these Terms, bajhi reserves the right to permanently close the account, forfeit deposited funds, and take legal action if necessary.

7 Gaming Rules and Fair Play

bajhi uses certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology in all games to ensure fair play. bajhi does not interfere with game outcomes.

7.1 Dispute Resolution

If you have a complaint about any game result, contact us via 24/7 live chat or by email at [email protected]. Our team is always ready to provide assistance in Bengali. Each complaint will be reviewed impartially and bajhi's decision will be considered final.

7.2 Server Errors

bajhi reserves the right to cancel any payment or bonus mistakenly issued due to a technical error. Affected members will be notified as soon as possible in such situations.

8 Responsible Gaming and Self-Limits

bajhi places the highest importance on responsible gaming. We believe that online gaming should be a form of entertainment, not a source of financial problems.

11 Limitation of Liability

bajhi provides its services on an "as is" basis and accepts no liability for the following:

  • Gaming being disrupted due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
  • Delays or errors from third-party payment services.
  • Issues with the user's own device or network.
  • Financial losses resulting from gaming activity — this is entirely at the user's own risk.

12 Account Cancellation and Termination

12.1 Cancellation by bajhi

bajhi may immediately close any account in the following circumstances: violation of the Terms, suspicion of fraud, provision of false information, or conducting illegal activity.

12.2 Cancellation by the Member

You may contact our support team at any time to request closure of your account. It is advised to withdraw all valid balances before closing your account.

13 Changes to the Terms

bajhi reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. For significant changes, we will notify you via your registered email or through a notice on the site. Continuing to use the service after any changes will be considered acceptance of the new Terms.
